How can I track my order?

We'll send tracking information to the email provided at checkout. The tracking details will be available 2-3 days after receiving that email.

You can also login to your customer account here to view your orders, your profile information, and your saved addresses. 

How long does delivery take?

Our items are shipped quickly from the USA. You can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days on average.

Considering the uniqueness of the product designs you get here, it is well worth the wait. 😃

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

If you ordered various products, you might wonder why they didn't arrive together.

Our stock is distributed across multiple fulfillment centers to expedite delivery.

We ship orders from different warehouses within the United States, so orders with multiple items may be sent separately.

Rest assured, all your items are on the way.

What are your shipping methods and costs?

We generally offer shipping within the USA, with most products delivered in 5-8 business days (please allow 2-3 business days for processing).

Shipping costs vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout.

💡While we don't offer free shipping regularly, we may have promotions that include it.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the forty-eight contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We dispatch orders from our US processing and fulfillment warehouses using USPS primarily, and occasionally UPS & FedEx.

Once your order is processed, the shipping company will handle it, providing you with a tracking number to monitor your package.

PAYMENTS FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?

We ensure secure shopping and accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, GPay, Apple Pay and more.

All product prices are in US Dollars.

What is the default payment currency?

Our products are priced in US Dollars.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately, we do not accept COD. Payment must be made in advance using one of our secure payment options

How do I place an order?

lacing an order is as simple as Browse > Select > Checkout:

  1. Visit our catalogue here.
  2. Choose your favorite products, then click "Add to cart" & "Check out."
  3. Fill in your information and complete payment. That's it!

What if my product has an issue?

If the product you have received has an issues, please, contact us as soon as possible.

Please submit any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items within 30 days of receiving the product.

What is your refund policy?

In general, Crescent OmniShop only offers refunds for damaged, misprinted, or defective items. 

In addition, we do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse.

Requests for size exchanges or dissatisfaction with the item will not be accommodated. Please ensure you know your size and understand the item you are purchasing.
